One Control Centre for a growing SaaSYeti portfolio
PROD-1 became my day-to-day control point for applications, releases and maintenance, while individual SaaS products retained their own separate identity.
As more products arrived, I needed a clearer way to manage what was installed, which core version each app was using, and how to apply updates without disturbing unrelated software.
The PROD-1 Control Centre evolved to handle application registration, publishing status, developer snapshots, patch uploads and version management. I also worked on the custom-domain gateway and administration tools so the platform could support more products without turning into a collection of manual server chores.
That did not mean every SaaSYeti application suddenly became finished or publicly available. It meant the underlying system was getting more consistent, and each app could be worked on and tested in a controlled way.
What I learned: standardising maintenance leaves more time for improving the software that customers actually use.
