Making custom domains work without moving the application
I verified a custom SaaSYeti-owned domain for YetiLead Magnet Studio through the shared PROD-1 domain gateway, while keeping the underlying application where it belongs.
Custom domains are valuable when they make a customer-facing page feel like part of someone's own business. They can also become frustrating if every application needs its own server configuration and approval steps.
In October I worked on the shared PROD-1 domain bridge and tested it with YetiLead Magnet Studio. After fixing DNS and verification details, resources.saasyeti.com was confirmed working through the central gateway.
The longer-term aim is to make these requests understandable for users and automate the safe parts of verification and activation, while keeping administrator controls where needed.
What I learned: a single, carefully designed infrastructure service can remove repeated complexity from many different applications.
