Follow the Build

I’m building a complete marketing stack in public — including the tools I use to grow my own projects. The best ideas, the real experiments, and the honest results happen here first — straight to email. This isn’t a hype list. It’s a quiet, practical look at how real software is built and used in the wild. You’ll only get:
  • Behind-the-scenes updates on tools I’m building
  • Experiments that worked (and the ones that didn’t)
  • Affiliate campaigns and real results
  • Early access to new SaaS tools when they’re ready
  • Occasional bonuses and private offers
If you’re interested in real progress — not guru tricks — you’ll like it here.

Watching the Build More Closely

From time to time, I invite a very small number of people into a private Facebook group where I document the build of SaasYeti tools from the inside — including planning decisions, trade-offs, and recorded working sessions.

It’s not a community or a feedback group, and there’s no obligation to participate. It’s simply a chance to quietly observe how tools like YetiMail are designed on top of the underlying engine, from first principles through to real implementation.

If that kind of behind-the-scenes access would be useful to you, you’re welcome to reach out and ask about one of the limited places.

Behind the scenes: the engine powering it all

Alongside individual tools like YetiMail, I’m also building a shared core system called YetiEngine. YetiEngine handles the foundations — users, permissions, installs, versioning, exports, and limits — so each tool can stay simpler, more reliable, and easier to maintain long-term. Rather than rushing features, I’m deliberately building the foundation first. This means tools like YetiMail are designed to be solid and predictable from day one, not patched together later. From time to time, I’ll share behind-the-scenes notes on how YetiEngine is being designed and implemented — as a practical case study in building software the right way.
